In order to present to you high calibre candidates, we must be ambassadors for your practice throughout the recruitment process. This requires our having a high level of accurate information in order to handle the assignment on your behalf… just as you require to be fully briefed by your clients in order to provide the quality of service commensurate with your reputation.

Whilst we shall have gathered information in the public domain about your firm it is essential we have detailed information we can use in attracting the quality candidates you need to meet.

At our first meeting we shall follow a clear agenda which will centre around issues such as your business objectives and growth plans; your firm’s structure and departmental reporting relationships; remuneration and incentive packages; and your interview process. We shall also need to be aware of the culture, the management style and working environment within your firm to ensure your new recruit is a perfect fit.
