Your use of the Site indicates that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, together with any other applicable terms and conditions which expressly apply. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information. Please note in particular the limitations on our liability in clause 10 and the indemnity in clause 11.

As you may be accessing the Site from outside the United Kingdom, it is your responsibility to comply at all times with the standards and/or laws in the community or jurisdiction where you are located and/or resident.
